Mary Parisi

Mary’s training in photography began while attending Kutztown University in Pennsylvania as an Art Major. She took a photography course to fulfill an elective and fell in love with the medium. The camera became a doorway into another world.

“The best compliment I ever had was when a friend of mine told me he could almost hear the music from the photos I took of a band performing.” Mary’s first love in the field is event or concert photography. Her love and understanding of music allows her to anticipate where the picture is going to be. Her instincts guide her camera.

Painting, Sculpture, Design…Mary took all the “normal” classes. Then she took a class in the art of making teddy bears. Combining what she learned in the class with her natural talent for three-dimensional design, she was able to create patterns for other stuffed animals as well.
