At MC Art, we take pride in the quality of every product we offer. Because all our products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at [your email address] with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you. You do not need to return the original item.

EU Consumer Rights

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the item has not yet entered production. Once production has begun, the right of withdrawal does not apply, as the product is personalised/made to order (in accordance with Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive).
