RETURN & REFUND POLICY (paste into Refund Policy)

At MC Art, all products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery at [your email] with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no need to return the item.

EU Consumer Rights: EU customers may cancel within 14 days of receipt, provided production has not yet begun. Once production starts, the right of withdrawal does not apply as the product is made to order (Article 16(c), EU Consumer Rights Directive).

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
